These Terms of Service apply to the use of mrlustin.com and to services and digital products offered by MRLUSTIN Studio.

Services

MRLUSTIN Studio provides ecommerce growth and creative services including websites, email marketing, customer acquisition and AI Creative. Submitting a contact form, requesting a Growth Plan or contacting MRLUSTIN Studio does not create a paid service agreement. Before work begins, the scope, deliverables, price, payment terms, timing and other project conditions will be agreed separately. Any project-specific proposal or agreement takes priority over these general Terms. Prices shown on the website are starting prices unless stated otherwise.

Results

MRLUSTIN Studio does not guarantee specific revenue, conversion rates, advertising returns, sales or other business results. Results shown in case studies relate to specific projects and should not be treated as guarantees of future performance. Projects labelled Spec Project are self-initiated concept work created to demonstrate strategy, design or creative execution. They do not represent paid client engagements or endorsements unless explicitly stated.

Client materials

If you provide images, logos, copy, trademarks, product photography, footage or other materials for a project, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use them for the intended purpose.

AI Creative

Some creative work may use generative AI tools as part of the production process. The exact deliverables, intended usage, revisions and final formats will be agreed for each project. AI-generated assets may occasionally contain technical imperfections or inconsistencies, which will be addressed within the agreed project scope.

Digital products

Digital products sold through the MRLUSTIN Studio Shop may include website templates, resources and other downloadable or digital materials. Each product page explains what is included, the price and any relevant software or platform requirements. Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a website template gives you a non-exclusive license to use and customize it for one final website.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or make the original template available as another template or downloadable product. Third-party fonts, images, software, plugins and platforms remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Payments and delivery

Refunds and consumer rights

Because digital products are delivered electronically, refund and withdrawal rights may vary depending on the circumstances of the purchase and applicable law. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the MRLUSTIN Studio website, branding, copy, graphics, templates, resources and other original materials remain the intellectual property of MRLUSTIN Studio. They may not be copied, redistributed or sold without permission except where a specific product licence allows it. Ownership and usage rights for paid client work will be defined in the relevant project agreement.

Third-party services

MRLUSTIN Studio may use or link to third-party platforms and services such as Framer, Squarespace, email platforms, advertising platforms or other software. MRLUSTIN Studio is not responsible for changes, availability or terms imposed by third-party services.

Website content

Reasonable care is taken to keep information on the website accurate and up to date, but information may occasionally change or contain errors. MRLUSTIN Studio may update services, pricing, products and website content when necessary.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MRLUSTIN Studio is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from reliance on general website information, free resources or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
